I am Laura Pascualini Sarachaga, a graduate in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Córdoba and a Master's in Operations Management from the University of Barcelona. Since 2012, I have been leading strategic consulting projects in the Americas and the Middle East, helping companies, entrepreneurs, and teams grow exponentially, authentically, and consciously.

I founded Profits For with a clear vision: businesses don't exist just to be profitable , they exist to generate real change , build legacies and activate true human potential .
